Mr. He graduated from Tsinghua University in 1998 with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked with NISSO, a Sino-Japan joint venture based in Changchun, from 1998 to 1999.

Mr. He worked with Nippon Sheet Glass Co., Ltd. as a designing engineer from 1999 to 2001, specializing in mould designing, production management, 3D test and data processing.

Mr. He also worked with NEC China in 2001 as a system engineer with responsibility for software development, testing and QA.

Mr. He worked with China Sinda Intellectual Property Ltd. as patent attorney from 2001 to 2004.

He joined Tee & Howe in 2004. He is the manager of the Japanese Patent Department.

Mr. He has represented many multinational clients in their Chinese patent matters, which include Brother Corporation, Sharp Corporation, Omron Corporation, Sagawa Express Co., Ltd, Sumitomo Wiring System Ltd, JVC, NEC, Nikon, Takata Corporation and Nissan. His practice covers the technical areas of machinery, electronics, printer, digital technology, network communication, business model, semiconductor, optical fiber, LCD and automobile.
