
As a US patent attorney, Mr. Haynes joined Tee & Howe in 2004. He has a complete background in intellectual property experience and has worked as:
-- Co-chair of American Chamber of Commerce-PRC's Intellectual Property Forum;
-- Vice President of China Sinda Intellectual Property, Ltd, a major Chinese IP law firm;
-- a US Patent attorney with IP Attorneys in Texas;
--a corporate Research Manager with Texaco Exploration and Production Research Geochemistry Department where he supervised research projects and negotiated research cooperative contracts with international government agencies in countries such as the Soviet Union, Russia and China.
Mr. Haynes obtained his B.S. degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Michigan, his M.S. in Computer Science from the Texas A&M University, and his J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law. Mr. Haynes is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
